Sunday I had the privilege to hear Dr. Amanda Kemp talk about “holding the space for transformation.” Wow. Just. Wow. Or, as my late, beloved friend, George Preston, used to say: “Good stuff!”
So I invite you to acquaint/reacquaint yourself with Dr. Kemp. Good stuff.
Dear Patricia,
Well, hi, there, Patricia, my so, so very For Always awesomely special and dearly precious soul sisterfriend Christian Quaker woman who you’re For Always so, so very much!!!!! Wow, what an absolutely brilliant blog post article here of yours which has such sharp descriptive clarity to it, sisterfriend! I so love this, Patricia! Sister, I thank-YOU so, so very much, so, so very profusely, kindly, dearly, and deeply for acquainting me with the awesome Dr. Amanda Kemp! I’d not heard of her before, sister! Wow! Yay! I thank-YOU so, so much, sisterfriend, for acquainting and re-acquainting each of us about this outstanding woman here, my absolutely awesome friend Patricia! My friend, I’m just thrilled, overjoyed, and happy that you had the blessing and joy of hearing her speak on Sunday! Wow! I signed up to follow this amazing woman on Facebook and Twitter, sister. Our marvelous sister, Dr. Amanda Kemp, truly wrote a very easy to understand and accessible article making very many salient points about “holding the space for transformation.’ I, too, just like your so very dear late, beloved friend, George Preston used to say also will say the very same words, “Good stuff!,” about this very deeply profound and spiritual article here. Sister, I love how you used the very relevant quote from this great article here for your very applicable to the theme and topic of your blog post article for your great title here. What a perfect title for your very own brilliant blog post article here, Patricia! I so love the very so cool full of spirit picture which you have very graciously and generously featured and included with your very fine and excellent article with the luscious looking ice fingers icicles. Sister, I made the mistake of standing underneath some ice fingers icicles when they were starting to melt and I had the great and surprising jolt of some of the ice fingers icicles falling on my poor head!!!!!!(SMILE!!!!!!). I for sure learned my lesson!!!!!!(SMILE!!!!!!).
I for sure so love, enjoy, and appreciate the super link which you have as usual as always featured and included with your very outstanding and awe-inspiring blog post article of yours here with this very in-depth article by our Dr. Amanda Kemp. Sister, what joyful and blessed reading pleasure this was for certain reading her very fine and excellent article here which proves to be such engaging reading, I read her superbly super article which such rapt attention. She made very many succinct and cogent points which I can connect to, sisterfriend! As a black woman as well, I, too, love to so love YOU, my dear, dearest precious, Patricia, and other white persons loving each and every one of you as my marvelous sisters and brothers and our Spirit’s children working with you all with all of the very time and all of the very patience in the world to build your capacity to hold space for transformation. I love you all so so very much, very, very especially YOU, my so, so very dearest and darling sister and friend of mine Patricia, my awesome other white sisterfriends who are living in my town, and other so, so very right on, wondrously wonderful white women so loving and cherishing all of you and seeing and thinking of you all as such good people who are just the very greatest and the best!!!!! I love you all so, so very much and I gently reach out to each of you as white persons in engaging in challenging and difficult conversations with sweet love and an open heart and open mind with such very openheartedness keeping the very lines of communication open as we all co-create together more justice, equity, and fairness for our common human family. Just as our astounding Dr. Amanda Kemp very sagaciously says, this is very much indeed, “profound deep work.” In resisting and persisting we can hold space for transformation very much indeed. Sister, I, too, do,think, say, and believe in the very same thing our stupendous Verna Myers does in also declaring, “Look at you. You’re beautiful,” to splendid white persons so loving and cherishing all of you and wanting so for each and every one of you to so love and cherish yourselves in finding yourselves, my friend! I, too, don’t believe in condemnation but in transformation, sister! Dr. Kemp is so right on and pertinent when she shares and declares that this transformation is a process and that it is a gradual process over time and not a destination. I, too, love you all as marvelous white persons reaching out to all of you with compassionate justice making. I can so connect to Ruby Sales when she would share and declare, “I love everybody. I love everybody,” because I so love and hold close to my heart all of my sisters and brothers and Our So, So Very Good and Loving God’s children, Patricia! I’m such an eternal optimist and a Pollyanna, Patricia! I think so, too, for white persons, very, very especially YOU, Patricia, and other so, so very right on, wondrously wonderful white women being my very, very heart, and also my very, very heartsblood, and heartblood, and lifesblood, and lifeblood, that each of you hold such promise and such abundant potential for great and actual good!!!!! I have such complete confidence, love and hope for, trust, faith, and belief in you all as such superb white people that you want so longing for and yearning so to learn, heal, and grow in your anti-racism and racial awareness, and in dealing with and acknowledging white privilege, sisterfriend. I have no problem with the awesome white women at the Women’s March back in January, and no problem with awesome white women in general. In fact, if I could have only afforded to go to the Women’s March being a disabled, indigent woman receiving my low, fixed income with my disability benefits having multiple physical disabilities and even other disabilities I would have jumped at the chance without a moment’s hesitation to go to the Women’s March! Sister, I know that very many folks focus on the 53% of white women who voted voting for that evil man as President very egregiously and unfairly putting the sole blame on his win on white women but in my very, very heart, and in my very, very heart and spirit my take on all of this is that it’s important and necessary to not forget the 47% of white women who voted who did NOT vote for this vile man as President. It is very vitally and urgently important and necessary to avoid generalizing and stereotyping about preciously dearest white women because of the actions of some(not all) people who happen to be white women, my friend and sister of mine, Patricia! I for one as the disabled, indigent lesbian black woman who I am know with absolutely no reservations and not a moment’s hesitation that in the great spirit of unity and solidarity that I can build alliances with so, so very dearest and darling white women and we all can absorb critiques connecting to one another in holding our space for transformation together as sisters, friends, and in relationships, sister and friend of mine, Patricia!!!!! We can for sure all do this and very effectively in fact in such a productively proactive manner, Patricia!!!!! I am here for YOU, dear, dear Patricia, and for other so, so very right on, wondrously wonderful white women rooting very heartily for each and every one of you and very wholeheartedly cheering all of you all having your backs, and each and every one of you as such super white women can for sure count on me to be there having such complete love for you all, hope for, faith, belief, and trust in you all as such so, so very dearest white women!!!!! Wow!!!!! Yay!!!!!! I so, so very much love and care about you all as white women and the so, so very good people you are and having had all of my life such great friendships in sisterhood and friendship with white girls as a child and with white women as an adult with very many of you being so friendly to me and to others, loving, kind, so good-hearted and good, sweet-natured, and so, so very caring. Even with the few times when I have faced, endured, and experienced racism from some(not all) white girls as a child and white women as an adult these bad and negative experiences are BY FAR FEW and FAR BETWEEN!!!!! I have had very, very many heartwarming experiences with awesome white women and I’ve been in interracial lesbian relationships with superbly super white women and know that I will again someday! All of my life in my nursery school in the mid-1960s and all throughout my K-12 grades growing up since kindergarten in a then majority white suburb of Cleveland, Ohio called Cleveland Heights, Ohio, and and through all of my college experiences having very, very many mainly white women as my very progressive teachers, instructors, professors, and TAs I have had very much great experiences and very much encouraged and that I can excel even very frequently receiving excellent grades from the very, very many mainly white women educators who I have had teach me, sister! You all as white women are my very favorites among white people, and also my very favorites and my very favorite people among people in general, sisterfriend!!!!! Wow!!!!! Yay!!!!! And that’s my sacred promise to Spirit and to each and every one of you as such so, so very special white women, Patricia!!!!! Yay yay yay yay!!!!!

Sisterfriend, now I’m even more emboldened, encouraged, uplifted, and inspired being even more re-energized, renewed, reinvigorated, and rejuvenated to carry on, to resist, and to persist in never ever giving up and never ever losing heart, Patricia!!!!! I thank-YOU so, so much, Patricia, and I thank Spirit continually for YOU in my life and for your very presence in my life!!!!! Spirit so, so very much loves and cherishes YOU, Patricia, and so do I!!!!! You are such a huge joy and blessing and help me so with my very walk with Jesus, my so, so very dearest and darling Christian Quaker woman who you’re For Always so, so very much, Patricia!!!!!
